Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Upon a request by Ascend Hearing, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Ascend Hearing, its officers, directors, employees and agents, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the Site in a manner that violates or is alleged to violate the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
