Signia CROS is a specialized hearing aid designed for individuals with single-sided deafness (SSD), a condition where one ear has hearing loss while the other functions normally. These devices function by wirelessly transferring sound from the impaired ear to the better-hearing ear, enabling users to perceive sounds from both sides. This enhances overall hearing and communication abilities. The CROS unit is a transmitter-only device and requires pairing with another compatible Signia hearing aid model, which needs to be purchased separately.

It typically requires about 3-4 hours to achieve a full charge.

Many hearing aid users do not like the sound of their own voice as it sounds loud and unnatural. Our revolutionary OVP (Own voice Precessing) function provides you with a natural sounding own voice combined with optimal hearing of all other sounds for the most pleasant, natural listening experience.

The Pure Charge&Go 1AX hearing aids are designed to support direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices that are compliant with the “made-for-iPhone (MFi) hearing aids” standard. For audio streaming from a range of other devices, including Android smartphones, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops, and other Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices, the use of our StreamLine Mic accessory is required. The device features a convenient push button for easy onboard control. In addition, for added convenience, remote control functionality is available through the Signia app. This app can be freely downloaded onto your smartphone, allowing you to adjust settings from your device effortlessly.
